Giselle Crombie

Administrator - Ft. Lauderdale

Before joining Sunshine, Giselle worked in Healthcare Administration serving as a liaison between Patient Access, Billing, Medical Records, and Case Management in a large South Florida hospital.  She had a large team under her, where she focused on operational development, compliance, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Managing the Patient Access Department gave her the opportunity to assist patients from the beginning of the scheduling process through the time of service. Here, she was able to build relationships with the patients, helping them understand the hospital process and providing them with information on resources available to them.

Ready for a change focused on improving lives, she was excited to bring her knowledge and experience to the Sunshine team. She is committed to operational excellence and strives to ensure each child feels like Sunshine is their second home.
